Myne
Myne began pasting little characters all over the streets of London when his skateboard was torn to shreds by a seamonster near the side of the Thames. He was pushed into a world of monotony and begun to familiarise himself with decorating the streets he grew up in. Myne felt the repetition of routine cramping down on his soul and chose drawing as a way out. He soon found himself viewing the streets as a way to interact with the outside world and by pasting angry octopuses and stupid looking seagulls everywhere then an open dialogue began. He found there were others who already thought like him even though he didnt know them personally and so decided to take his work inside as well. Collaborating in shows, painting hairdressers, decorating peoples houses, garden doors, toilets and whatever would hold the ink of a marker, Myne went on to conquer his demons. Currently, he has widened his scope by merging hand drawings with the world of graphic design. He is currently working with editions of glicee prints, and hopes to become a seamonster himself one day.
