At Spunky.co.uk we want you to be happy, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase or it just doesn't fit and you want a different size, please return it in its original packaging, unworn, with the returns form, details below.

Exchanges:

1. We will exchange any purchase for any reason within 30 days of the purchase date at no extra cost to you.
2. Please complete this returns form and send it back with your goods.
3. Your exchange will be dispatched within 7 days of receipt of the goods to be exchanged. You will be contacted and updated via email once your exchange has been processed.

Refunds:

1. We will refund a purchase for any reason within 7 days of the purchase date.
2. Please complete this returns form and send it back with your goods.
3. When returning goods, please be sure to wrap the package carefully as damages/losses to the goods during transit back to Spunky are at the customer's risk.
4. Make sure you have included your returns form.
5. If you have received free postage when buying from us and you wish to return an item for a refund, a pro-rata p&p postage charge will be deducted from the refunded amount.
6. You will receive your refund within 7 (seven) days of receipt of goods. You will be contacted and updated via email once your refund has been processed. Please note that we can only credit the same account of the original purchaser of the product.
